About the role
- Manage and drive the supplier claim handling process for all supplier claims
- Ensure suppliers implement proper containment, identify system-level root cause, implement effective long-term corrective actions
- Transfer lessons learned to other parts and update PPAP documentation
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to implement necessary changes to processes, drawings, specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (Engineering, or Related)
- Fluent English
- 3-5 years experience
- ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Auditor
- Six-Sigma Greenbelt
- 8D, PFMEA, CP, MSA, Manufacturing process, Supplier Quality Manual
- Containment Ship Level 1 and 2 (CSL)
- Castings experience and Knowledge
