About the role

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of network equipment and ISP services, ensuring optimal performance and timely refreshes.
  • Develop and execute equipment refresh strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously improve lifecycle workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support automation initiatives.
  • Engage with external partners to procure, negotiate, and manage equipment and service contracts.
  • Work closely with network engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases to foster team learning and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and vendor management practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A mindset geared toward growth, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation and other relevant network or IT credentials.
