About the role
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with the IT Finance team to monitor spending and accruals, ensuring alignment with the budget.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to IT infrastructure expenditures.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost management and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting or finance, preferably within an IT infrastructure context.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and contract management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their financial implications.
- Experience with ERP systems and invoice processing software.
