About the role
- Management and control of Sales orders
- Perform analysis with the planning team to contribute to the management of backorder items
- Customer service requisition by telephone and email (CRM System)
- Prices/Commissions/Rebates administration tasks on SAP System
- Support for representatives, distributors, and salesman
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of business processes
- Completed Office package
- Knowledge in SAP or similar systems
- Written and conversational English
