About the role
- Develop new products or new product series and enhance existing products
- Technical lead of projects as well as project manager for smaller ones
- Carry out the product design by modeling the geometry
- Conduct necessary verifications (calculations, stack-ups, etc..)
- Coordinate the manufacturing of prototypes internally and with subcontractors
- Define and document test plans
- Coordinate and ensure the industrialization of products
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 2 to 5 years in mechanical engineering (design preferred)
- Knowledge of Mechanics
- Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics
- Mastery of 3D CAD software (Siemens NX a plus)
- Use of material strength calculations
- Knowledge of elastomers and sealing techniques
- Knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatments and surface treatments
