About the role

  • Visit existing Danfoss/VACON customers & competitor customers to map the install base.
  • Address customer issues and service queries by coordinating with different departments.
  • Implement digitalization solutions to customers.
  • Build strong relationship with customer & Gain confidence from them as technical consultant
  • Conduct Customer engagement programs at sites with completion of drive audit for new & existing customers.
  • Strong focus on competition drives replacement demonstrating service competency.
  • Increase our SOW in the market.
  • Convert enquiries to sale maintaining high profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or lifecycle services.
  • Strong understanding of retrofit/replacement sales and customer lifecycle management.
