• Implement and configure the Clinical IT solutions, ensuring that they reflect what is expected in the design phase, within the expected time, specification and with high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure careful and accurate control of the project and be accountable for the project's documentation and reporting.
• Manage any issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline.
• Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted consultant for the Clinical IT solutions with both customers and internal stakeholders, e.g. Pre-Sales.
