About the role

  • Manage sales activities with assigned accounts and prospects located in Europe
  • Establish selling prices in cooperation with the Sales leadership and in accordance with the internal approval process
  • Explore and identify business opportunities and build good relationship and intimacy at all levels inside the customer
  • Generate RFQ's, preparing the quotation, negotiating price, getting the purchase order, discussing and negotiating LTA's
  • Work with the other company's function to achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and revise sales budget, forecast and long term planning, define the achievable area business plan, set the action plan and a mitigation plan when necessary

Requirements

  • University master degree - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales with international customers as Tier1 or 2 supplier.
  • Essential: Fluent English
  • Knowledge of a second language (French or German)
  • Excellent relationship management
  • Action oriented
  • Basics of project management
  • Available to travel abroad
  • Microsoft Office Package skills
  • Sense of urgency and business acumen
