About the role
- Manage sales activities with assigned accounts and prospects located in Europe
- Establish selling prices in cooperation with the Sales leadership and in accordance with the internal approval process
- Explore and identify business opportunities and build good relationship and intimacy at all levels inside the customer
- Generate RFQ's, preparing the quotation, negotiating price, getting the purchase order, discussing and negotiating LTA's
- Work with the other company's function to achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and revise sales budget, forecast and long term planning, define the achievable area business plan, set the action plan and a mitigation plan when necessary
Requirements
- University master degree - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales with international customers as Tier1 or 2 supplier.
- Essential: Fluent English
- Knowledge of a second language (French or German)
- Excellent relationship management
- Action oriented
- Basics of project management
- Available to travel abroad
- Microsoft Office Package skills
- Sense of urgency and business acumen
