About the role
- Overall professional leadership and accountability for complex SAP projects with interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Design and implementation of new SAP components (including non-SAP systems) including all organizational and technical interfaces
- Responsibility for integration management and stakeholder management
- Digitization and optimization of complex business processes, and management of all necessary transformation activities in collaboration with the business units
- Close collaboration and decision-making with steering committees, business units and IT architecture/technology to ensure strategic alignment and sustainable system integration
Requirements
- University degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable field with a strong IT affinity
- Several years of professional experience successfully leading complex projects (preferably in an SAP context) and proven experience managing international interdisciplinary project teams
- Deep understanding of modern SAP technologies and traditional SAP modules, including their relation to business processes and data models, and their transformation
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and transformation/change management
- Independent working style, excellent communication skills and fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
