About the role
- Manage day-to-day HR administration including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions across the U.S., Canada, UK & NL.
- Maintain employee records and workflows in BambooHR—ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, IT provisioning requests, and internal onboarding schedules.
- Support full cycle recruiting for multiple roles – schedule interviews, follow ups, candidate communication.
- Assist with U.S. and Canada payroll preparation and data validation (provide any changes, bonuses, adjustments, PTO).
- Help maintain HR templates, SOPs, and policy updates.
- Assist with compensation updates, performance cycles, and promotions.
Requirements
- B.A/B.S in related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or HR operations role)
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR (highly preferred)
- Experience with payroll support, multi-state exposure preferred
- MUST Live in the CST or EST time zone
