About the role
- Serve as a dedicated escalation point for the current Network Project
- Aid in resolving complex technical issues
- Answer technical questions
- Provide expert guidance on Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, Azure NVA deployments, FortiClient, FortiSASE, and FortiSandbox
- Ensure timely resolution of any challenges that may arise during the project's implementation and beyond
- Maintain project momentum and minimize downtime
- Ensure successful deployment and ongoing operation of network infrastructure
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a contemporary, secure ICT environment with expertise in technical services
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Expertise in FortiGate Firewalls
- Expertise in Fortinet SD-WAN
- Expertise in Fortinet Azure NVA deployments
- Expertise in FortiClient
- Expertise in FortiSASE
- Expertise in FortiSandbox
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, especially in discussing technical and strategic matters with non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, including the ability to write detailed technical documentation
- Ability to map data movements across network zones and cross-domain environments
- Strong skills in creating detailed network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
