About the role
- Implementation of strategic and operational objectives
- Management and further development of industry groups
- Comprehensive management and maximization of defined budget customers
- Acquisition, management and development of target customers
- Coordination and communication with all relevant departments within Sonepar Germany regarding customer requirements
- Overall professional responsibility for the defined budget customers
- Budget planning and accountability for the customers
- Ensuring and increasing sales, margin and profitability targets
Requirements
- Commercial training and experience in electrical wholesale and the industrial sector
- Several years of professional and industry experience and practical commercial skills
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Team player, sense of responsibility and confident demeanor
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- High degree of customer orientation, negotiation skills and ability to work independently
- Business English skills advantageous
