About the role
- Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones to drive loyalty and growth
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
- Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring effective follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma (higher education is a plus)
- Experience in sales/commercial area, preferably in inside sales
- Knowledge of electrical materials sales
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability.
