About the role

  • Advising our customers from trade and craft with a focus on lighting
  • Telephone support and consultation for our customers in the building and lighting technology sector
  • Support in the design and planning of customers' lighting systems
  • Managing existing customer relationships and participating in the acquisition of new customers
  • Handling the entire process from preparing quotes to order processing using our CRM and ERP systems
  • Close collaboration with our field sales team and management

Requirements

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering or commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, or qualifications as an electrical technician or master electrician
  • Technical and industry knowledge, particularly in lighting technology, as well as practical commercial skills
  • High level of customer orientation, assertiveness and decision-making ability
  • Confident use of MS Office products; in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ideally experience with SAP – not mandatory, but an advantage
