About the role
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience across the entire customer journey to increase satisfaction, brand loyalty and conversion rates
- Continuously develop our retail concept and implement innovative solutions that drive demand and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain a retail development roadmap to ensure sustainable quantitative and qualitative growth
- Initiate, lead and manage the rollout of new retail features and a scalable infrastructure in close collaboration with digital and operations teams
- Empower the retail team to achieve excellence through clear guidance, appropriate tools and transparent targets
- Work closely with product management and brand marketing to strengthen brand positioning, awareness and retail appeal
- Analyze consumer and market data to enable fact-based decisions and strategic improvements
- Lead the annual planning process and ensure the achievement of agreed targets across all retail initiatives
- Operate in an international environment with global responsibilities and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and communication
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in retail management with a focus on expansion and growth
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record of store openings and expansions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of the retail fashion industry, including consumer trends, the competitive landscape and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel to support expansion projects
- Fluent in English and German
