About the role
- Develops and implements internal operational strategies, goals, and objectives
- Identifies and proposes opportunities for internal operational improvements
- Determines inefficiencies in existing operational processes and designs and implements solutions to enhance productivity and streamline internal operations
- Analyzes key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal business operations
- Organizes project activities, sets timelines, allocates resources, and ensures timely completion
- Coordinates cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing new initiatives, or addressing specific business challenges
- Ensures compliance and safety with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity
- Advises with departmental managers or teams within the organization, facilitating effective communication, and promoting strategic alignment and collaboration
- Assists with the professional development of staff members by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing guidance on operational processes and best practices
- Assesses team's performance and provides regular, timely feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience

- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
