About the role
- Develop personal and collaborative relationships to manage a book of business
- Execute strategic components of the client management team’s business plan for each customer
- Responsible for overall relationship with external partners, consultants and clients
- Offer creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs
- Monitor client's product lines and services to ensure needs are met
- Support the annual business plan and account strategy
- Collaborate with Medical account team members and pharmacy support areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, implement, and monitor customer’s service efficiencies
- Manage new client implementation and ensure smooth installation
- Perform renewal-related tasks on existing customers
- Travel to meet with external partners, clients, and consultants
- Service delivery on customer relationship; manage resolution of issues
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience
- Ability to travel 50% – 75%
- Ability to leading open enrollment strategy, including on-site client meetings
- Strong communication skills
- Communication experience with C-suite level individuals
- Monitoring and reporting results of Performance Guarantees
