About the role

  • Lead End-to-End Onboarding for assigned Distributor Partners — from kickoff to go-live
  • Collect requirements from multiple stakeholders and simplify them into clear next steps
  • Identify the Single Most Important Fix that unlocks momentum for each partner
  • Ensure partners fully use and benefit from the platform after go-live
  • Transition stable accounts to the Support team smoothly after each onboarding wave

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, ERP implementation, or technical project management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — from CEO to sysadmin
  • Familiarity with ERPs (Aspen, Entree, AFS, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience in food distribution, supply chain, or consulting (Big 4, Accenture, etc.)
