About the role
- Lead End-to-End Onboarding for assigned Distributor Partners — from kickoff to go-live
- Collect requirements from multiple stakeholders and simplify them into clear next steps
- Identify the Single Most Important Fix that unlocks momentum for each partner
- Ensure partners fully use and benefit from the platform after go-live
- Transition stable accounts to the Support team smoothly after each onboarding wave
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, ERP implementation, or technical project management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — from CEO to sysadmin
- Familiarity with ERPs (Aspen, Entree, AFS, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in food distribution, supply chain, or consulting (Big 4, Accenture, etc.)
