About the role
- Managing day-to-day order operations, including placing, monitoring production, and tracking print orders with suppliers
- Monitoring and managing the Order Management queue to maintain smooth workflow
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams to address any questions or delays that arise mid-order
- Solving post-order issues in a quick, cost effective, and customer-centric manner
- Staying informed of industry best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, remote team environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Sheets, Slack, and CRM/ticketing systems
- An action-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes a plus
