About the role
- Provide critical day-to-day operational support to Mobile Engineering service line
- Compliance monitoring and operational reporting
- Metrics development, invoicing, and spend analysis
- Infrastructure management and administrative support for technicians
- Track and analyze operational metrics
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in Facilities Management or related workplace operations
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Preferred background in HVAC and/or electrical systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
