About the role
- Manage and oversee multiple locations, including: Budd Lake, West Caldwell, Middlesex, and Lodi NJ
- Ensure each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency
- Manage 20 -35+ employees
- Start the day with a team meeting to discuss priorities and safety updates
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to drive improvements
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians and lead training initiatives
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred
- Multi-Site Experience is a Must!
