About the role

  • Assist in all aspects of procurement activities and overall vendor management
  • Manage vendor accreditation and onboarding
  • Prepare and facilitate contracts for goods and services
  • Monitor and report vendor performance trends
  • Research supply base for consolidation and improvement in service levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with legal aspects of contracting
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint expertise required)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Understanding Strategic Sourcing processes
  • Software proficiency with Vendor Administration, e-Sourcing, and contract management systems
