About the role

  • Develop, customize, and optimize modules within Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Recruit
  • Create and implement automation, workflows, blueprints, custom functions (Deluge), and process builder setups
  • Configure custom fields, page layouts, pipelines, assignment rules, and approval processes
  • Build and maintain API integrations with third-party applications as needed
  • Set up email templates, communication workflows, and candidate/lead pipelines in Zoho Recruit & CRM
  • Troubleshoot system issues, fix bugs, and ensure smooth platform performance
  • Generate and automate reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable Zoho solutions
  • Maintain documentation for all changes and configurations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Zoho Developer
  • Strong expertise in: Zoho One (overall suite management)
  • Zoho CRM (Sales processes, automation, workflows)
  • Zoho Recruit (Hiring pipelines, automation, candidate workflows)
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting
  • Experience with API integration, webhooks, and third-party app connections
  • Strong understanding of CRM & recruitment processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
