About the role
- Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and safety compliance administration.
- Input time sheets for fortnightly payroll ensure excellent attention to detail.
- Provide administration support for the branch.
- Arrange training and keep accurate records for the branch.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- General administration tasks including filing, archiving, data entry and answering incoming calls.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your work.
- Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel), and the ability to learn new systems.
- Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
