About the role

  • You are responsible for customer requirements, performance, quality and the outcome of a rollout project
  • Creating, monitoring and owning the agreed Service Level Agreements and reporting are part of your daily tasks
  • You act as the primary customer contact and as the interface to all relevant internal departments
  • You identify the development and implementation of new processes or process disruptions and initiate measures for improvement
  • You are responsible for managing subcontractors
  • You support the implementation of new projects
  • As the person responsible for the rollout project, month-end closings and vendor invoice verifications are part of your responsibilities
  • You provide support for new business inquiries and work closely with other departments
  • Preparing and conducting customer meetings are also within your scope of responsibility

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification with at least 10 years of professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP with regard to month-end closing tasks for the projects you will be responsible for
  • Very good technical and logistical understanding and ideally experience in communications or electrical engineering
  • Experience in customer support, sales or customer service
  • Experience in project management and strong skills in process analysis
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, hands-on mentality, flexibility and assertiveness
