About the role
- Develop, systematize, track and analyze performance of R&D through Objectives, KPIs, benchmarking and performance analysis
- Generate actionable data analysis and output for business application and decisions
- Through critical analysis define management recommendations for resource utilization/optimization
- Identify (in partnership with Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Lead) value add, cost saving, productivity initiatives to implement
- Support CoS, RDLT & RDLN with cross-R&D connectivity & integrated reporting
- Lead liaison with TES for user requirements and interdependent Digital Accelerator initiates
Requirements
- 12+ years in R&D operations, business support with specialization in analytical analysis and application
- Requires strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Requires experience in data driven process improvement
- Experience knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) in English; experience adapting messaging to suit the intended audiences
- Executive presence and negotiation skills; Ability to effectively engage across the enterprise, building constructive relationships to execute deliverables.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, managing, and controlling cross-functional project and portfolio data analytics, KPIs etc
