About the role
- Responsible for field sales
- Expand sales operations in the region
- Support and coach the sales team
- Acquire, advise and manage key accounts
- Prepare customer-specific proposals and conduct price negotiations
- Develop marketing and customer retention strategies
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and create new sales concepts
- Prepare forecasts and regularly review relevant figures
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in sales of technically complex capital goods
- Ideally experience with industrial trucks (warehouse/handling equipment)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident communication in German and English
- Technical understanding and leadership ability
- Sales-oriented personality
