About the role
- Actively support assigned branches and dealers abroad with the aim of increasing orders
- Handle technical special requests; develop and proactively implement suitable solutions
- Order and order-management including ensuring on-time deliveries
- Prepare and document commission statements, proforma invoices, and special price requests
- Contribute to and support various projects by providing relevant analyses and reports
Requirements
- Initial experience in a comparable position, e.g., inside sales or sales coordination
- Technical interest in our products
- Confident communication skills in German and English
- Positive demeanour, strong communication skills, and customer focus
