• Manage wholesale orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of inventory.
• Communicate regularly with the Sales Team, Warehouse, and external customers via phone and email to resolve issues, process orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively identify operational issues and resolve them independently, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain a 95% On-Time Shipping (OTS) metric, collaborating with internal teams to address delays and maintain smooth order flow.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations, warranty requests, and markdowns.
• Monitor order books, track critical orders, and provide visibility of order status to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with demand planning, sales, and management to address supply chain issues and resolve delays.
