About the role
- Support the execution of advanced development and research program as a System Engineer/Analyst
- Work Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for a complex Systems of Systems (SoS) program office
- Work with the Lead ICD system engineers to conduct, monitor, direct and coordinate development of various ICDs
- Direct and participate in the preparation of ICDs, documentation, schedules, briefings, and milestones
- Coordinate and lead Interface Control Working Groups (ICWGs)
- Develop, review, evaluate, and make recommendations concerning acquisition documents, milestones, and other program matters
- Participate in TIMs, TEMs, working groups, meetings to ensure understanding of and track interface documentation
- Participate in and provide recommendations to testing and modeling / simulation activities
- Observe tests and review test results to determine adequacy of ICD and recommend corrective action
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- At least five (5) years of experience with DoD military platforms
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment
- Experience can be substituted for education
