About the role

  • Independent and meticulous administration, monitoring and continuous development of our Automic Automation platform for critical banking processes
  • Design and implementation of simple to complex workflows and reliable automation solutions for bank-specific processes
  • Analysis, design and implementation of automation workflows
  • Proactive assurance of system stability (monitoring), performance and availability
  • Improvement of system integration (e.g., job monitoring and alerting)
  • Change management: planning, implementation and documentation of system changes
  • Independent error analysis, troubleshooting and incident management
  • Preparation of technical concepts, system documentation and operational manuals, and review of documents

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4, ISTQB, Microsoft or Oracle are desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in the administration of automation platforms and/or workflow development (ideally in the banking sector and with Automic Automation (UC4))
  • Confident handling of Linux servers and interface technologies
  • Solid experience in project work and with regulatory requirements (BAIT, MaRisk, GDPR)
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL, especially Oracle)
  • Scripting (shell scripting, PowerShell, optionally Python)
  • Independent, conscientious and reliable working style
  • Solution-oriented and strategic thinking and approach
  • Very good German and good English skills
