About the role

Drive data-driven decision making across the organization and transform complex data into actionable insights
Enable self-service analytics by building scalable reporting tools and semantic layers
Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, develop analytical requirements, and translate questions into solutions
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions and performance dashboards
Create compelling data visualizations that communicate complex insights
Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all reporting deliverables
Implement and promote self-service BI solutions to reduce ad-hoc reporting
Perform ad-hoc analysis on large, complex datasets and apply statistical techniques including trend analysis and forecasting
Transform raw data into compelling narratives that drive organizational understanding and action
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline)
1 - 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical role
Advanced SQL proficiency for data discovery, aggregation, and extraction from complex, disparate datasets
Experience with large-scale cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)
Experience designing data models and semantic layers to support self-service reporting environments
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
Programming experience in R, Python, or similar analytical languages
Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques
Background in business process improvement or optimization initiatives
Knowledge of the music industry
Exceptional analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including presenting to senior leadership
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and make critical decisions autonomously
