About the role

  • Make onboarding easy: With webinars and training (remote and on-site), you prepare our customers to use Craftnote optimally.
  • Design customer experiences: You analyze what our customers need and develop targeted measures—such as personalized training, helpful content, or optimized processes.
  • Relationships that matter: You maintain and develop long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers and become a valued point of contact on equal footing.
  • Direct engagement: At trade shows and on-site training sessions you meet our (potential) customers in person and strengthen relationships through open conversations.
  • Support with heart: You answer questions by phone, email, or our ticketing system (Zendesk) and assist users with our software.

Requirements

  • Experience working in customer service—ideally in onboarding and support
  • Technical understanding and experience with systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • You understand customers' needs and are communicative and persuasive
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Proactively contribute to team projects
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
