About the role

  • We are looking for a versatile addition to our Finance, Legal, HR and Office Management functions.
  • Preparatory bookkeeping for all entities (DATEV)
  • Review and plausibility checks of BWA (management/financial performance reports)
  • Organize and execute payment transactions
  • Build and maintain controlling and reporting structures (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Draft and amend contracts
  • Research tax and corporate law issues
  • Support in M&A processes
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and amendments
  • Maintain master data in the system (Personio)
  • Review and approve payroll
  • Coordinate payments reliably
  • Ensure office standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., tax clerk, office administrator, finance-focused assistant) or a degree in business administration
  • Experience in bookkeeping, financial accounting (FiBu), and controlling (preferably from a tax firm or Big Four)
  • Advanced Excel skills (we mean more than just the SUM function)
  • Excellent German, both written and spoken
  • Structured and reliable working style
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to independently tackle new topics
  • Motivated to go beyond merely following instructions.
