About the role
- Own and manage the P&L for VIN Solutions, ensuring accuracy across revenue, costs, headcount, and expenses
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes; consolidate inputs and prepare executive-level reports
- Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leadership
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to evaluate business performance
- Develop and present compelling financial presentations for senior leadership
- Enhance processes through automation and create new reporting and analytical capabilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and GAAP standards
- May lead and develop a team of direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field and 6 years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, or related functions
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and reporting systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles and corporate financial processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
