About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic enterprise and mid-market sales roles across North America, including Canada and LATAM
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Mid-Market AEs, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales RevOps, and Solution Consulting roles
  • Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to understand hiring priorities, territories, and capacity plans
  • Build deep, targeted talent pipelines and conduct structured interviews to assess enterprise selling skills and leadership impact
  • Maintain rigorous process discipline across pipelines, reporting, forecasting, and compliance
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience to candidates and hiring partners from first touch to offer
  • Build and maintain deep talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs aligned with business growth
  • Execute structured, high-quality interviews to assess sales skills, leadership impact, and track record of quota achievement
  • Manage multiple searches with rigor, applying process-driven discipline in pipelines, reporting, and forecasts

Requirements

  • 5–15 years of experience recruiting in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies, with deep expertise in quota-carrying sales roles across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing for GTM.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert top sales talent in competitive markets, including passive candidates
  • Highly process-driven, extremely organized, and able to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy.
  • Strong ability to assess enterprise sales competencies, quota attainment history, leadership potential, and ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, capable of partnering with Sales leadership to advise on hiring strategy, provide market intelligence, and deliver a seamless candidate experience
  • Data-informed approach to recruiting with the ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
