About the role

  • Coordinate daily marketing tasks, timelines, and deliverables; track action items to hit deadlines.
  • Flag and resolve/escalate delays or risks proactively; provide rapid support for urgent needs.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of updates, next steps, and ownership.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library.
  • Track versions, approvals, and usage across channels; ensure files are current and compliant.
  • Distribute newly approved assets to internal teams and external partners promptly.
  • QA all creative deliverables for accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and compliance.
  • Review across formats (OOH, digital/social, web, email/print, video/animation).
  • Identify issues and communicate required revisions clearly and efficiently.
  • Submit assets for compliance review, track status, and manage feedback loops.
  • Ensure required disclaimers, language, and regulatory standards are applied correctly.
  • Maintain organized records of requirements, approvals, and change history.
  • Serve as primary contact for agencies/partners; communicate direction and updates confidently.
  • Track external deliverables and follow up proactively to keep work on schedule.
  • Relay project needs, deadlines, and feedback between internal and external teams.
  • Bridge communication between Marketing, Compliance, and other departments.
  • Share concise project updates, requirements, and next steps in meetings/calls.
  • Produce recaps, decision logs, and follow-ups with a solution-oriented tone.
  • Support campaign planning, scheduling, reporting, and file management.
  • Assist with event and campus marketing coordination as needed.
  • Drive process improvements and upskill on tools/best practices proactively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing coordination, project management, or creative ops.
  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple competing deadlines.
  • Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Notion, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
  • Excellent written/verbal communicator with internal and external teams.
  • Strong creative eye for design quality, messaging, and brand consistency.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with high integrity and a solution-oriented work ethic.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments; MS Office proficient; willing to travel as needed.
