About the role
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the Coroplast Group's global information security, reporting directly to executive management
- Lead the "Security" team and operate our Security Operations Center (SOC), responsible for active threat and vulnerability management to protect our IT systems
- Further development of our identity, access, and recovery management
- Regular validation and optimization of IT systems regarding performance, emergency scenarios, legal compliance, and future viability
- Design, implementation, and continuous improvement of information security policies, and ensuring their compliance
- Identification, selection, and management of external partners
Requirements
- University degree
- Several years of management experience in IT security with direct personnel responsibility
- Extensive knowledge of IT security regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI, NIST)
- Proven expertise in IAM, infrastructure security, recovery, and SOC build-out
- Structured, transparent, responsible, and forward-looking working approach
- Fluent German and English language skills and willingness to travel internationally
