Lead, mentor, and develop a global accounts payable team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Own the end-to-end AP function, including invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, reconciliations, and reporting.
Oversee the optimization of Coupa to drive automation, financial accuracy, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and global statutory regulations.
Partner closely with Procurement, Accounting, Finance, and Treasury teams to streamline procure-to-pay processes.
Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., days payable outstanding, processing accuracy, vendor satisfaction) and implement improvements to achieve best-in-class performance.
Oversee global payment strategies, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and cross-border payments.
Drive process standardization and scalability to support the company’s rapid global growth.
Manage relationships with external vendors, auditors, and third-party partners.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, including cash flow forecasting and spend analysis.

Collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate clearly at all levels in a rapidly scaling business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Experience with Coupa, Netsuite, and Ramp applications is highly desired.
Proven experience in a global, high-growth, technology-driven environment.
Hands-on expertise with Coupa P2P platform and demonstrated success in system optimization.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and international AP requirements.
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
