About the role
- Collaborate closely with the post-sales team for deployments of DeviceLink and Source Control solutions
- Provide comprehensive support to key accounts who have deployed Copia
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on custom integration requirements
- Engage proactively with customers on best-practices for OT networks security
- Lead customer training and enablement sessions
- Provide timely technical support to customers through various channels
- Travel up to 15-25% for on-site support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline
- Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network components
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Showcase extensive experience in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems
- Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in OT networking
- Exhibit some experience in at least one generalizable programming language such as SQL or Python
- Have at least 2 years of experience in project management
