About the role
- Improve your skills learned in the classroom by balancing the priorities of multiple engineering teams and projects.
- Collaborate with different departments in addition to their own, in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Materials, Management, etc.
- Conduct various research, testing, and evaluations.
- Assist with documentation processing and data analysis.
- Conduct manufacturing audits.
- Attend department, team, and project meetings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other engineers, teams, and departments to support process improvement projects tied to manufacturing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Anticipated Graduation of December 2026, May 2027, December 2027, or May 2028
- Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design
- Skills or coursework in areas such as CAD/3D modeling, machining, data analysis, Lean/continuous improvement, or automation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
