About the role

  • Conduct market research, studies and benchmarking to map information and best practices, in order to provide input for the development and/or adaptation of credit products, tools and processes;
  • Provide technical support to affiliated Cooperatives and other colleagues, guiding and delivering training on topics related to pricing of credit lines, as well as supporting the implementation of action plans;
  • Prepare reports and analyze indicators and results related to credit products, services and tools, contributing to initiatives to drive the performance of the Ailos System;
  • Develop and refine pricing analysis methods, evaluating and proposing new models and improvements.
  • Monitor and oversee portfolio and credit origination management, identifying opportunities and needs for price adjustment and formation.
  • Develop and manage methodologies, systems, tools and materials for collecting, processing, generating and publishing management information to support strategy development and monitoring, ensuring the standardization and quality of reports and information;
  • Propose automation tools for monitoring strategies to optimize and accelerate verification of executed actions;
  • Guide and support Managers in applying new plans, programs, procedures and tools for price management and formation, as well as advise and assist them regarding improvements to existing processes;
  • Participate in defining area policies and plans to fulfill the System’s strategic planning, and in the development and improvement of processes and demands related to Innovation;
  • Analyze and measure expected loss, assess credit cycle risk, and calculate spread and minimum rates;

Requirements

  • Essential:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
  • - Postgraduate studies in progress or completed in Business Management, Business Administration, Data Science or related areas;
  • - Proven experience in pricing is essential;
  • - Knowledge of tools that support the methodologies, such as Power BI and SQL (SAS, Denodo and Databricks);
  • - Strong knowledge of interest rate indexes such as SELIC, CDI, TR, among others.
  • Preferred:
  • - Experience in Financial Institutions;
  • - Knowledge of IFRS 9;
  • - ANBIMA CPA-10 certification;
  • - Knowledge of the RAROC calculation methodology.
