About the role
- Own the tools, data, and processes that keep the sales organization running efficiently.
- Manage pipeline hygiene, dashboard creation, reporting, and lead routing.
- Ensure clean data and maximize CRM adoption.
- Identify GTM bottlenecks and implement pragmatic solutions quickly.
- Improve cross-functional workflows between marketing, sales, and product.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, pricing tools, and outreach templates.
- Partner with marketing on decks, case studies, and vertical-specific collateral.
- Track rep productivity, deal velocity, and campaign ROI.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Drive adoption of tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and more.
- Evaluate and implement new systems that improve efficiency or accuracy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Enablement within a high-growth environment.
- Strong command of Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM automation; familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Analytical and proactive - thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Clear, structured, and collaborative; able to bridge sales, marketing, and leadership needs.
