About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on recruitment, compliance, and market trends.
  • Maintain talent acquisition KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coach, train, and mentor junior recruiters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting required.
  • Proven experience leading complex, high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple sites or functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ATS platforms.
  • Business proficiency in French and English.
