About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on recruitment, compliance, and market trends.
- Maintain talent acquisition KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coach, train, and mentor junior recruiters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting required.
- Proven experience leading complex, high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple sites or functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ATS platforms.
- Business proficiency in French and English.
