About the role

  • Partner closely with our Sales team
  • Lead the technical side of customer evaluations
  • Run discovery and design solutions
  • Deliver tailored demos and guide prospects through deeper conversations about integrations, data flows, and platform architecture
  • Build and scale our Solutions Engineering practice by mentorship and creating repeatable demo processes and assets
  • Raise the technical capabilities of the broader team

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM/MAP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Ability to translate technical details into clear business value
  • Comfort leading deeper technical conversations with IT and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple systems or integrations
  • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration concepts
  • Experience coaching or mentoring other technical or pre-sales team members
  • Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or conversational technology
