• Independently manage our commercial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across property & casualty lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
• Provide daily specialist advice to our corporate clients on insurance-related matters
• Negotiate renewals, tenders, and policy condition comparisons
• Prepare for and, when required, participate in annual client meetings together with the field sales team
• Actively contribute to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., through digitalization initiatives or optimization of internal processes
