• Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise clients within the TAM program, supporting retention, expansion, and ongoing value delivery.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with TAMs, Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the solution lifecycle—from pre-sales and architecture to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Proactively propose innovative solutions to meet client needs, address challenges, and drive business outcomes.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, identify risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Create clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and client success.
• Support pre-sales efforts and RFP/RFI responses, providing solution demonstrations and technical guidance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of TAM program processes, architectural standards, and client engagement strategies.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable.
