Payroll

• Process and manage payroll across multiple US states, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee the end-to-end Canadian payroll process in collaboration with a third-party provider (ADP).
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles, including calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports (e.g., W-2, 941, state unemployment) and support year-end tax activities.
• Maintain up-to-date and audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
• Review and reconcile payroll data from Workday (HRIS) and ADP (Payroll system), and support Finance with payroll-to-GL reconciliations.
• Participate in analysis according to Finance department questions (FP&A, Accounting team etc.)
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Partner with HR, Benefits and Finance teams to align payroll processes with organizational goals and ensure accurate reporting
