Designer

• Manage, curate and evolve the visual design strategy for the company
• Lead the design team through concept to execution: ideation, design, review, delivery across digital, print, video, events, web, sales/marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual language across all channels.
• Champion emerging tools, trends, and innovations in design (e.g., generative and agentic AI, new design techniques, interactive formats) and evaluate how they can be applied to our current marketing environment
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: Campaigns, Demand Gen, Product and Solution Marketing, Web Team, Communications, UX/Product Design, Project Management — ensuring alignment, prioritization, and capacity planning for design work.
• Mentor, manage and grow a team of designers and external agencies, freelancers and contractors. Provide feedback, career development, and foster a creative culture.
• Oversee asset production: ensure creative deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, budget, and business objectives. Adapt for multi‑channel campaigns, global/localization needs, and varying formats.
• Act as a visual brand steward: ensure the visual brand is protected, elevated, and correctly implemented across all touchpoints and geographies.
• Participate in strategic planning: contribute to marketing and brand strategy, campaign ideation, creative brief development, resource allocation, and roadmap discussions.
