About the role
- Design, develop and optimize water-related processes: surface treatments, recycling, and effluent management.
- Conduct tests in the laboratory or on pilot installations, at C-TEC or at production sites.
- Prepare technical documentation (specifications, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and reports).
- Provide technical support to plants (France, Germany, USA).
- Participate in technology monitoring and method development.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (laboratories, subcontractors, conferences).
- Ensure compliance with Environment / Health / Safety (EHS) standards.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's (M2) in chemistry, chemical engineering, water treatment, or surface treatment.
- Desired experience: 5 to 10 years in the process industry.
- Strong skills in solution chemistry, thermodynamics, and process design and sizing.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, work effectively in teams and in the field.
- Fluency in English required; French is desired; German is appreciated.
